Eligibility Criteria:

  • Nationality: Open to NGO professionals from South, Southeast, and Northeast Asia (including countries like Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Bhutan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Japan, South Korea, and Mongolia).
  • Age: Likely between 25 and 40 years old (official age range may vary).
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of demonstrably successful work experience in the NGO sector.
  • Field of Expertise: Professionals working in various NGO fields are welcome, with a focus on areas like community development, environment, education, gender, human rights, media and information technology, LGBTQ+, medical service, and social welfare. Outstanding applicants from other relevant NGO fields may also be considered.
  • Language: Proficiency in written and oral English is essential for effective program participation. While fluency in Mandarin may be a plus, it’s not necessarily a requirement.
  • Passion and Commitment: A strong dedication to making a positive social impact through NGO work is crucial.
