The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program (ADEL) in Morocco presents an unparalleled opportunity you don’t want to miss. This prestigious program, organized by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), is designed to empower and connect the next generation of leaders. Held annually, ADEL brings together 40 exceptional young professionals aged 25 to 35 for a transformative six-day experience in Rabat, Morocco. The program transcends geographical boundaries, welcoming applicants from countries bordering the Atlantic Basin in Africa, North America, South America, Central America, Europe, and the Caribbean. It also extends the opportunity to young professionals residing in these regions but holding citizenship elsewhere.
This investment in future leaders reflects the program’s core values – to inspire, connect, and empower. Through thought-provoking discussions, interactive workshops, and engaging lectures from leading experts, ADEL fosters a dynamic environment where participants can refine their leadership skills, broaden their perspectives, and build a network of lifelong connections with fellow changemakers. The 2024 edition of ADEL will be held from December 8th to 12th, preceding the highly anticipated Atlantic Dialogues Conference (December 12th to 14th). Selected participants will have the exclusive opportunity to continue their engagement by joining the conference and interacting with established leaders from various sectors.
