KFAS-Salzburg Global Leadership Program in Austria is designed to equip emerging leaders from around the world with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in our rapidly changing world. Offered jointly by the Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies (KFAS) and the Salzburg Global Seminar, the program brings together a diverse group of participants for a unique learning experience.
The program is a collaboration between the KFAS, a Korean research institute, and the Salzburg Global Seminar, an international non-profit organization focused on global dialogue.Each year, a group of 30-35 Fellows is selected to participate in the program. The program is a year-long initiative. It includes online sessions throughout the year, culminating in a five-day in-person program held in Salzburg, Austria, from December 4th to 8th, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Come from a variety of backgrounds
- Be between 30 and 40 years old
- Be ready to participate actively
- Be available for online sessions and the in-person program
- Candidates should have professional experience with and interest in at least one of the sub-themes of the program (please refer to the sub-themes from Year 2: Connecting Technologies item on this page).
