This is your chance to gain valuable insights into the world of international trade, network with like-minded individuals, and contribute to a more prosperous future for all.The WTO Young Trade Leaders Program is a one-year training initiative designed to empower young people with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complex world of international trade. Offered by the World Trade Organization, a leading international organization focused on promoting global trade. The program is fully funded by the WTO, covering travel, accommodation, and other program-related expenses. This allows successful applicants to focus entirely on their learning and development. Who can be a WTO Young Trade Leader:

  • Age: Between 18 and 30 years old when you apply.
  • Citizenship: Citizen of a country that belongs to a WTO member
  • Background: No specific education needed, but you should be interested in international trade. This could be you if you’re:
    • A recent graduate
    • A young professional
    • Looking to switch careers to something related to trade
  • Good level of english and can communicate in English.
  • committed to participate fully throughout the one-year programme (July 2024-June 2025).
