Eligibility Criteria Of The Fellowship:
- Age: 25 to 40 years old
- Education: First university degree
- Profession: Government official or mid-level professional from a government or non-governmental agency in a developing state that deals with ocean affairs issues. Your position should allow you to directly assist your country in formulating and implementing ocean affairs policies
