Eligibility Criteria Of The Program:

  • Citizenship: From Southeast Asia, South Asia, or Australasia (Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Australia or New Zealand)
  • Academic Level: Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate student in any field
  • Academic Performance: Minimum GPA requirement may apply (check program website for details)
  • Interest: Strong interest in New Southbound Policy, Cross-Strait Relations, and Regional Security issues
  • Financial Aid: Cannot be receiving financial aid from Taiwan government, agencies, or educational institutions
